Onboarding & Orientation
Onboarding for new staff
Congratulations on your new role and welcome to the TAV College team! This webpage will provide you with the essential information that you will need to succeed at TAV.
Overview
Message from the director
Welcome to TAV College. Since our humble beginnings as a small school with only two classrooms on Côte-Des-Neiges street, TAV has evolved to become an established, multi campus, private college in Montreal with over 1,000 students joining us each year. This is due in large part to our excellent staff and teachers whose attention has always been focused on the individual.
Attention to the individual is one of our core values at TAV. We pride ourselves on having an urban campus with smaller class sizes, which allows our teachers and support staff to offer our students individual attention and time to work on problem-solving, learning, and building a relationship. It is often the case where many of our students enroll as a stranger and leave as a friend.
In your position, you will be representing TAV in each interaction you have with both internal and external stakeholders. With that said, we are trusting in you that your interactions, presentation, and tact reflect the same excellence and standards in teaching, academics, and values in which our College has built for the past 30 years.
I invite you to explore the links below that we have prepared strategically for you. Once again, welcome and I wish you success in your new role.
– Elazar Meroz, Director of Studies
