Course Schedules
Course schedules
Course scheduling at TAV is not the same as other Montreal colleges. Students at TAV do not create their own schedule using Omnivox, rather our academic advisors create a personalized schedule for you.
BASED ON A PROGRESSION PLAN FOR SUCCESS
Course schedules at TAV are built for our students in order to offer the best possible plan for progression and success throughout their college studies. Each semester, academic advisors offer our students a suggested course schedule, which they must then register for. When the student accepts the schedule suggestion, signs the course registration contract, educational service contract, and pays their required fees, their schedule becomes activated.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL COLLEGE SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE?
- The course schedule for a full-time student generally consists of 7 to 8 courses per semester.
- The schedule for a part-time student generally consists of less than 4 courses per semester. *Note that if you are a part-time student, you do not qualify for financial aid.
WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY COURSE SCHEDULE?
You can access your course schedule on the Omnivox application, either on your mobile phone or computer. See below for instructions on how to access your schedule:
