About the course
This course covers the fundamentals, principles, techniques, and industry standards of search engine marketing (SEM), specifically on Google’s platform. Students will learn key concepts including ‘Pay per Click’, ‘click-through-rate’, conversion rate, and keyword optimization. They’ll gain skills in data analysis and use statistical tools to assess the effectiveness of keyword advertising campaigns on Google search engines and present findings. Additionally, students will learn how to write and utilize relevant keywords for promotional campaigns and integrate search engine marketing into media plans. The course will also include content on web analysis, specifically focusing on Google Analytics, for better understanding of data interpretation and optimization strategies.
