If you need help with issues related to mental health, addictions, grief, family or conjugal problems, we offer in-house psychosocial services.

Important Note:

  • Bring a few bags and containers to carry food
  • Bring your identity cards, proof of income, proof of dependent children (ID cards or other document), tax assessment if you have any, proof of education and proof of address. Some places ask for documents, others don’t. Important to have them in case of need
  • Many locations serve all Montreal residents, others only in their area. Be sure to refer to the 5th column for this purpose
    The vast majority of locations allow you to get donations from multiple food banks. Don’t hesitate to visit several of them if necessary
  • Emergency repairs can help you immediately and not just on a regular schedule
